Description: Purpose: To support refugee women in preparing for the driving theory test , providing them with increased independence and integration opportunities. Key Tasks: Teach basic driving theory, including understanding road signs, traffic rules, and safety measures, using simple language. Provide study materials such as practice tests, flashcards, and driving theory books. Conduct group study sessions that integrate both driving theories and language skills. Create an inclusive and supportive environment where women feel comfortable asking questions and participating in discussions. Required Skills: Knowledge of driving theory and the format of the driving theory test (prior experience with driving theory instruction is beneficial). Cultural sensitivity, particularly regarding the needs of women from different backgrounds.
