Description: Volunteer Minibus Drivers Location: Bolton Time Commitment: Weekday mornings and/or afternoons (2-3 hours per session). We run activities 7 days a week and so want to establish a team of volunteer mini bus drivers who can support us on a schedule/rota basis. Are you ready to help transform lives? Join the Transforming Lives Group as a Volunteer Minibus Driver and play a key role in supporting adults on their journey to recovery and wellbeing. We provide social and sporting opportunities for adults overcoming addiction, mental health challenges, or difficult life events. We’re an eclectic, friendly and down to earth team! By volunteering as a driver, you’ll help remove barriers to participation, enabling our members to access activities that promote health, confidence, and community connection. Your Role: Pick up adults from a specified meeting point and drive them to their activity location. Wait while they participate (feel free to join the activities if you’d like!). Safely drive them back to the meeting point afterward. Each round trip takes approximately 2-3 hours, and no supervision of participants is required—just your friendly driving skills, compassion and a healthy sense of humour!
