Description: This is a central and exciting role within Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton (CABB). The role of an Admin & Client Services Volunteer is an important role – working as part of our meet and greet team, you will provide a professional and welcoming front of house service to members of the public seeking advice from our services. You will be the first point of contact for those attending the service for appointments, drop-in or general visitors. A key element of this role will be to explain the services we offer, waiting times and in-house procedures, whilst maintaining confidentiality and liaising with other staff and volunteers to ensure clients receive the timely support they require. You will also support our back office admin functions such as responding to messages/ voicemails left by clients etc. Our Admin & Client Services Volunteers help maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment and will ensure our waiting area is tidy and leaflets are well stocked.
Requirements: Will require a criminal record check (DBS)
