Description: ESOL Support Purpose: To help people improve their English language skills, enabling better integration into the local community and improving their opportunities for employment, education, and social engagement. Key Tasks: Facilitate language lessons focusing on conversational English, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills. Required Skills: Patience and cultural sensitivity. Basic teaching skills (prior ESOL teaching experience is a plus, but not mandatory). Ability to adapt to different learning speeds and styles.
