Description: We seek volunteers to help us form our Management Team (Committee) to oversee the support we will offer - free, one-to-one, and confidential reading sessions for adults who struggle to read across Bolton. The roles are varied but include being responsible for leading the team, recruiting volunteers, raising awareness of the support we offer to agencies who may wish to refer adults, publicity, administration support, and being the Treasurer. There is a role that would suit everyone. Once the team is set up we will then be seeking volunteers to be trained as Reading Coaches but are not yet at that stage. Full support, resources, and guidance is provided. By getting involved you will enable us to support adults in your community who struggle with everyday tasks but who we know we can help.
