Description: - To assist Out There individual clients / families to prison visits including picking them up from an agreed address and taking them back again - To support Out There’s Clients with their emotional wellbeing which has been impacted by the imprisonment of a loved one. - To have a full and clean UK Driving License and access to a fully licensed, taxed and a MOT’d car - Keep up to date records of sessions and identify any next steps - To represent Out There’s values and ethos when supporting clients - Be able to work on own initiative with ongoing support and guidance from Out There colleagues.
