Description: This is an exciting role. Our Client Support Volunteers play an important role within Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton (CABB) – you will make a significant contribution to ensuring clients receive the advice they need, when they need it. CABB are committed to ensuring that a high-quality advice service is available via multiple channels (in-person, telephone, video) for anyone who contacts the service. As a Client Support Volunteer, you will directly support clients as necessary – from triaging a clients advice needs, providing direct advice and making internal referrals to our in-house specialists, or signposting to other services outside CABB.
