Finance Leads Network
Frequency: Quarterly
Attendees: VCSE representatives working as finance leads.
Purpose:
- To give VCSE finance leaders the opportunity to meet, discuss and share problems, knowledge, experiences, skills, and technical solutions to problems.
- To provide a peer support and information sharing network, creating opportunities for collaboration, and exploring both challenges and opportunities together.
- To give VCSE finance leaders the opportunity to build confidence in the sectors financial procedures such as HR and Payroll, etc.
