Organisation description: Be The Change Youth Project CIC is a dynamic, community-driven organization dedicated to improving the well-being of young people in Bolton and surrounding areas. Rooted in the heart of Rumworth Ward, we extend our services to the neighbouring wards of Great Lever, Hulton, Queen Park, and Central, ensuring that young people across our community have access to the support and opportunities they need to thrive. Our mission is simple yet profound: to enhance the lives of local youth by providing holistic, wraparound support as they navigate the journey from adolescence to adulthood. We recognize that many of the young people in our community face significant challenges, including a heightened risk of involvement in criminal activities, either as victims or perpetrators. Be The Change Youth Project CIC is committed to addressing these issues by offering a safe, supportive environment where young people can build resilience, develop new skills, and find a sense of belonging.
