Organisation description: YouthClub 4219 is a dedicated tutoring club committed to helping learners achieve their academic and personal goals. We provide tailored Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to support students with complex needs, including anxiety and mental health challenges, fostering confidence, resilience, and success. We proudly serve a diverse community, including learners from EAL, BAME, and international backgrounds, as well as children in care, those needing additional support, and individuals of all sexual orientations. Our multilingual staff ensures inclusive communication, and our team includes a qualified Mental Health First Aider accredited by MHFA and a certified first aider, qualified teacdhers, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. YouthClub 4219 is a vital resource in the community, empowering young people to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, helping them become the best versions of themselves.
