Organisation description: Our mission is to provide calming down workshops within the community, for families and organisations in Bury & Bolton via in-person and online events. Connecting parents and children helping them to make friends and support systems. Creating calm in different ways through workshops and products eg. subscribing with purpose. Values o Our empathic and human sessions are easily adaptable for all. o To nurture childrens’ and adults’ mental health and well-being o To help families to create connections and support. o To educate and empower families and organisations with new coping strategies so they can build strong resilience and skills for life.
