Organisation description: Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing Group is a committed Community Benefit Society that delivers a range of specialist housing solutions to provide a safe and secure home for many marginalised people across Greater Manchester, including foyers for young people, independent living schemes for the elderly, and schemes for care leavers. Through our Community Investment offer we run projects in partnership to address a range of social injustices, and work actively to create opportunities to improve health and wellbeing, and employability and skills.
