Who the organisation is for: Older people
Organisation description: Our group meets once per week for two hours on a Friday evening. The main activity is social, simple sequence dancing with a break for refreshments and one game of bingo. Members can either take part in the dancing or sit and chat socially whilst listening to the music. Our aim is to promot healthy movement and social contact for elderly citizens. We have 47 members.
