Organisation description: Being There support people with life limiting conditions such as cancer, strokes and heart disease. We provide a befriending service, both face to face and telephone support and also respite sitting. We provide our clients with hospital transport, and we have social events every month to help reduce social isolation. We also have a counselling service that provides additional specialised support.
