Organisation description: Breaking Barriers is a parent led organisation aiming to: promote, improve and advance the emotional wellbeing of parents, carers and families of children and young people aged 0-25yrs with social and communication requirements; provide support with a listening ear and signpost to local services; offer tailor made training, raise awareness and promote inclusion and social acceptance; promote equality and opportunity for all sectors of the community.
