Organisation description: EXCITING BREAKING NEWS: As from Spring 2019, Outreach will be at the new Outreach HUB in Radcliffe town centre. This is an exciting new venture, which will provide new and exciting opportunities to volunteers who wish to "Become the difference, that makes the difference” Outreach have been successfully providing a range of services supporting adults with a learning disability and/or long-term mental health needs, in order to empower them to live an independent life. Our aim is to provide person centred support to people living either in their own homes or within our residential services. Outreach have developed a range of supported living services including intensive support for people with challenging behaviours, dual diagnosis, autism specific services, services for people with additional physical and sensory needs and supported living service for people who are more independent. We work closely with families, historically form the Jewish community; however, our services and support now encompass people from all faiths and areas of the wider community. There is a high level of active service user participation with regular forums for service users with learning disabilities. We currently support a people living in the Prestwich, Whitefield Manchester, Bury and Salford areas.
