Organisation description: Bolton Together is a collaboration of diverse community and voluntary sector providers delivering evidenced based interventions to support children, young people and families in Bolton. We support young people to reach their full potential and to improve their health and well-being. We contract manage key programmes for the CCG and NHS Trust, working with partners to attract additional funding into Bolton and make the best use of the Bolton pound to improve outcomes for children and young people.
