Organisation description: Our core values entail community engagement, promoting physical and mental well-being of male adults below 65 years old through physical and social engagement. We currently organise different weekly activities such as social gatherings and sporting activities (football, table/lawn tennis, hiking and group walking) for over 60 registered members of the organisation. We aim to focus more on ethnic minority groups of the above age range to encourage healthy lifestyles and reduce the burden on our national health service (NHS). We also engage young people to be active with various activities. We also support people from minority ethnic backgrounds in our community in terms of integrating into society. Feel free to join us in any of our social events or physical activities and we will be glad to work with you.
