Organisation description: Wonderfully Made Woman (WMW) provides holistic support for women and girls, who have experienced significant adversity, helping them build their confidence and support network, so they can thrive. We also are an awareness-raising organisation, we raise awareness on issues that affect women and girls in a holistic context through community engagements, 1-2-1, social media and so on. Open: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 4pm We provide: 1-2-1 Emotional and practical support Confidence-building workshops Cultural awareness on domestic abuse and cancer Ustawi (wellness) session Cost of living cultural appropriate foodbank Weekly wellbeing session (Tuesday 10am to 12pm: coffee morning, music/dance session) We use dance to reduce stress, isolation and to build confidence. Arts and crafts, crochet making. Pidgin English Language Translation Service for African families Befriending service for single mothers YOUNG GIRLS PROJECTS Be Happy Regardless wellbeing sessions for young girls (9yrs to 17yrs) Mum and daughter bonding sessions.
