Who the organisation is for: People from minority ethnic communities

Organisation description: The Caribbean and African Health Network (CAHN) works with the community and cross sector organisations to reduce health inequalities in the Caribbean and African community in Greater Manchester. Our ambition is to eradicate health inequalities in a generation. We run activities and programmes that empower our community to self-care and self-manage their health. We collaborate with commissioners and service providers offering invaluable cultural and religious insight necessary to make services appropriate for our community.
