Organisation description: MhIST offers advocacy, support groups and Talking Therapy. The services are accessed by appointment only. Referrals are accepted from associated professionals and self-referrals. Groups that run are: Monday – Craft and social, Mindfulness, Bereavement, Autism (which runs every two weeks) Tuesday – Anxiety, Depression and Wellbeing AM and PM, Westhoughton Covid 19 group Wednesday – Art for Wellbeing Thursday – Depression Recovery Friday – Anxiety, Depression and Self-esteem AM and PM Saturday – Saturday Social (for existing group attendees)
