Organisation description: Sea Cadets helps to launch young people for life today, transforming them into confident, resilient young people who thrive in a complex world, whatever they want to be when they leave school. It offers young people the opportunity to experience challenges and develop friendships through working as team. It also offers volunteers a chance to develop new, transferable, skills and to help young people be the best they can be.
