Organisation description: Breakthrough CIC is a charitable organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents in Bolton through various community-oriented programs. Our mission is to provide support and resources to individuals and families in need, fostering a more inclusive and vibrant community. AIMS and OBJECTIVES 1. Food and Nutrition: Food Bank: Providing emergency and regular food supplies to individuals and families in need. 2. Education and Training: Adult Education: Workshops and courses to help adults develop new skills and improve employability. Youth Programs: After-school tutoring, mentoring, and educational activities for children and teens. 3. Housing Assistance: Homeless Outreach: Support for homeless individuals by helping them find permanent homes. Rental Assistance: Financial aid and counseling for those struggling to pay rent. 4.
