Organisation description: We are TLC: Talk, Listen, Change and our mission is simple; to support safe, healthy & happy relationships. We not only offer a range of services and projects across Greater Manchester and the wider North West area, but we increasingly work in collaboration with other organisations to pilot innovative ways of supporting individuals, couples, families and communities.
