Organisation description: Fresh Hope Housing CIC is a community interest company which was recently incorporated and approved by Companies House which exists to benefit the community by supporting local homeless individuals by providing accommodation and then supporting them by providing intense support for them to be able to access benefits to maximise their income, register with a local GP and other health services as necessary and support one to gain the skills to be able to sustain the tenancy independently and improve the overall health and overall wellbeing. We support out tenants to look for training, education and employment opportunities and to be able to achieve their goals and aspirations. We currently work closely with BMBC, probation services and other referring agencies to support our most vulnerable people and provide housing to them.
