Organisation description: We exists to reduce isolation and improve lives and opportunities of adults with a learning disability, together with their carers and families by providing platforms and/or facilities to develop skills, support, and networking to enable them to thrive and aid their wellbeing. We provide facilities and support to enable adults with learning difficulties to thrive gain new skills and aid their well-being. Activities: provide accommodation -job searching skills, apprentice applications assistance, CV writing and interview skills, ICT and coding skills training -Providing mentorship and training on IT, numeracy and literacy By providing mentorship from established providers, adults with learning difficulties will help them to understand they have chance in life, overcome poverty barriers, this will inspire them to desire a change. Opportunities to volunteer, skills training and apprenticeships will increase employability potential as they gain hands on skills that can be easily transferred.
