Thrive Voluntary Sector Alliance

We are delighted to confirm the voluntary sector partners for The Thrive Alliance.  The following providers will be working together to deliver preventative and low level mental health and well being  activities and services for children and  young people in Bolton.  Zacs Sycamore Project, Bolton Lads and Girls Club, YMCA, Fortalice, BAND and Headspace with Bolton CVS as the lead organisation in the partnership. 

The funding has been received from Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group from the Children and Young People Mental Health Transformation Funding.  Look out for further information in the coming months about these services and details of the small grants pot for innovative ideas.  

 

The Healthy Mind Project
As part of the Thrive Voluntary Sector Partnership, Zac’s Youth Bar presents The Healthy Mind Project; the combination of a weekly support group and a listening service.  Read more.  

Are you supporting young carers?
A young carer is a child or teenager under the age of 18 (25 if Special Educational Needs) who helps look after someone in their family who has a physical or mental illness, has a disability or who misuses drugs or alcohol.

Young Carers Partnership Group
