Volunteers with a History of Offending

How well does your organisation support volunteers who have a history of offending?

Do you want to know more about how to fairly recruit, support and retain volunteers who have a history of offending?

Interested in being part of the conversation around identifying and sharing good practice?

Giving Back in Bolton is a new project, funded by the BeSafe Partnership, with the aim of helping volunteer involving organisations across Bolton in developing good practice in the recruitment, support and retention of volunteers who have a history of offending. It is about giving people a fair chance to integrate back into the community and supporting them to positively contribute to their local area.

If you would like to know more about the project, be part of the conversation, learn and share good practice and challenges around engaging volunteers with a history of offending then this ‘conversation starter’ event is for you!
